What you will do

• Learn, maintain and improve the synthetic data pipeline and automated training system
• Build closed loops where agents train detectors and classifiers, test them and refine them
• Design systems that handle field false positives, flagging only uncertain detections
• Lead research on vision-language models and fine-tune them for specific tasks

What they look for

• Built your own agent uses or agentic workflows and can show the work
• Ran many agents at once and handled coordination, token use and task completion checks
• Professional software engineering background on Windows and Linux, with Git and an issue tracker
• Knows the model landscape from early GPT models to current open-source ones
• Communicates clearly with the team and with customers

Nice to have

• Trained object detectors or classifiers for computer vision
• Owns a GPU for running local models, or has served models with vLLM or SGLang
• Background or strong interest in data science
