What you will do
- Partner with process owners to map how work really happens, including exceptions and workarounds
- Define the expected result and metric before building, then measure the outcome after launch
- Build and automate workflows with AI agents, API integrations, SQL, Python and orchestration tools, taking them from prototype to production
- Share reusable patterns and templates with builders in each function and keep an inventory of automations
