AI Content Engineer

About the role

Own content end to end for a fast growing data quality company, joining the growth team and reporting to a co-founder. The focus is building a system that produces technical content at scale without losing quality.

What you will do

• Build and run a system that generates technical blogs, webinars, product videos and website content
• Turn expertise from founders, customer engineers and customers into published material
• Set quality standards and reject accurate but lifeless drafts, then fix the pipeline
• Make the engine write in distinct voices that match each source
• Write code daily to support content automation
• Grow your own profile and following as proof the approach works

What they look for

• Strong writing ability and the judgment to tell good writing from bad
• Serious prompt engineering experience with multi-step LLM pipelines, structured outputs and evals
• Three or more years building things that reach market in technical content, growth, marketing or related areas
• Enough coding skill in Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks and databases to work independently
