In one line

Own the customer-facing AI agent across chat, voice and email: build journeys in a no-code tool, fix failures and raise containment.

About the role

A builder and analyst mix, sitting between engineering, product and customer operations. The goal is an agent that resolves issues safely and accurately without a human, measured by containment, CSAT, transfer quality and hallucination rate.

What you will do

  • Design and build agent journeys for chat, voice and email, from discovery through rollout.
  • Review transcripts and analytics weekly, then fix journey logic, instructions and knowledge.
  • Map unhappy paths like failed payments or mismatched identity so each ends in a correct answer or clean handoff.
  • Own containment and CSAT targets per journey and run staged rollouts from 1% to 100%.
  • Build simulation and regression suites so each change ships with evidence it broke nothing.

What they look for

  • Three to five years in frontend software engineering, or similar work in solutions engineering, conversational AI or technical product.
  • Working knowledge of how LLM agents behave, including instructions, tool calls and retrieval, and where each fails.
  • Experience building evaluations for non-deterministic systems, such as test sets, simulations and regression gates.
  • Enough technical depth to read API specs and work with backend engineers on REST and GraphQL.
  • Comfort with SQL, JavaScript or TypeScript and tools like SumoLogic and Grafana.
