AI/ML Engineer, Internal Platforms

About the role

Build and enhance an AI recruiting agent, adding new abilities and shipping reliable production features that make the agent more capable and useful.

What you will do

• Create and refine agent capabilities powered by current large language models
• Write Python backend services and APIs
• Craft prompts, workflows, retrieval pipelines and agent orchestration
• Measure model quality and improve it through repeated experiments
• Work with product and engineering colleagues to launch AI features
• Run and maintain scalable AI systems in production

What they look for

• Solid Python software engineering ability
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs and AI APIs
• Knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• Strong analytical skills and an experimental attitude

Nice to have

• Experience launching AI products or agents into production
• Knowledge of retrieval augmented generation, tool calling, model evaluation or prompt design
• Contributions to open-source AI work or personal AI projects
• Experience in fast-moving, AI-first settings

Pay

USD 130,000 to 160,000 per year
