About the role

Support sales by understanding client security needs, demonstrating AI security products and designing tailored solutions. Lead proof of concept work and provide technical support through deployment.

What you will do

Hold technical discussions with clients and prospects alongside the sales team
Demonstrate products and present features and benefits to prospective clients
Design customized security solutions matching client needs and infrastructure
Lead proof of concept projects to validate solutions in client environments
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and troubleshoot issues
Run training sessions and feed field insights back to product and engineering

What they look for

Proven experience in pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture
Proficiency with Linux, including GNU and Bash
Moderate to advanced cloud experience with hands-on infrastructure as code
Python programming skills
Experience building advanced AI workflows with tools such as LangChain or LangGraph and MLOps environments
Ability to articulate technical concepts and value clearly

Nice to have

Container orchestration such as Kubernetes
CI/CD pipeline integration
