Go-to-market Lead

About the role

You would be an early sales and marketing hire and the first US-based person, owning the go-to-market motion for an enterprise platform that manages and monitors conversational AI agents. The role combines personal deal closing with building a US team as pipeline grows.

What you will do

• Run the entire enterprise sales cycle in the US, targeting banks, insurers and other regulated firms
• Find internal champions, map buying groups across business, risk, IT and procurement, and drive deals to sign-off
• Lead discovery sessions and demos, define pilots on real production conversations, and turn them into contracts
• Keep the CRM pipeline current and produce reliable forecasts
• Generate top of funnel demand through outbound campaigns, events, webinars, referrals and content
• Work with consulting partners and cloud marketplaces to source and close business

What they look for

• Experience carrying a quota and closing enterprise deals yourself
• Track record selling into large regulated organisations such as banks or insurers
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
• Comfort working directly with founders in a small, fast-moving team
• Willingness to help build and lead a US sales team as the business grows
