  • Act as a main contact for borrowers on loan closing and on managing loans after closing
  • Review funding disbursement requests and check documents meet loan conditions
  • Gather quarterly financial statements and help judge borrower creditworthiness and project compliance
  • Rebalance portfolios when cash flows, guideline changes or market moves require it
  • Keep cash at the right level and coordinate account setup, transfers and client transitions
