Application Consultant

About the role

You will help customers succeed with interactive 3D anatomy visualization products, delivering training and support while contributing to internal projects.

What you will do

• Train and demonstrate products to customers, with travel to sites and events up to half the time
• Build product content and classroom activities for customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware support issues
• Provide on-call product support to customers in the US
• Carry out research and development projects as needed
• Present team progress and accomplishments

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in anatomy, biology, health science or a related science
• At least two years of professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation ability
• Solid knowledge of software and technology, including hardware troubleshooting
• Comfort speaking with educators and medical professionals and asking good questions
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, with travel about a quarter to half of the time

Nice to have

• Experience training, teaching or tutoring
• Experience creating content for customers or internal teams
• Background in sales, customer service or technical support
• Familiarity with anatomy or the medical and healthcare field
