Support an international fintech client that builds software for depositary banks and fund administrators. Act as the link between business customers and technical teams while helping shape support processes.
What you will do
- Monitor and handle incoming tickets in Zendesk
- Send first replies within agreed service levels
- Gather issue details such as screenshots, versions, reproduction steps and expected versus actual results
- Reproduce problems in test environments and carry out basic troubleshooting
- Escalate complex cases to higher support levels, QA, developers or product teams and track them to resolution
- Log and follow bug tickets in Azure DevOps and keep customers updated on progress
What they look for
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Prior customer support experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or software support
- Strong practical Zendesk knowledge
- Familiarity with fintech
- Understanding of ticket management, service levels, escalation and support workflows
- Based in the EU and willing to undergo a criminal background check
Nice to have
- Fintech or financial software experience
- General knowledge of financial products and operations
- Azure DevOps experience
- Experience reproducing software bugs or improving Zendesk workflows and automations
