What you will do
- Build, write and keep running data systems that operate at web scale
- Find, examine and verify fresh data sources that bring value to customers
- Solve difficult problems creatively across intricate systems
- Research and put into practice modern methods and technologies
- Review code, give design feedback, run demos and write technical documentation
- Estimate scope, time, capacity and cost for projects

- At least five years of professional development in Python, GoLang, Rust or similar languages
- Three or more years working with cloud infrastructure, notably AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
- Three or more years of professional Kafka experience
- Five or more years in Linux or Unix environments
- Strong written and spoken communication and proven coordination across several teams
Nice to have
- A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Designing, implementing or maintaining CICD and microservices
- Background in data mining or machine learning
