A remote role in Spain giving third level technical support for an ERP platform, web services and apps used by large fitness chains. You act as the daily contact for client specialists and resolve their most critical problems.

What you will do
- Serve as the everyday client contact, mainly through tickets and also in meetings
- Investigate and fix complex product questions, pulling in the right colleagues until resolved
- Diagnose technical faults and hunt down bugs with a team of technical product analysts
- Document issues clearly and report them to engineering teams
- Join the major incident team handling the most urgent client problems
- Keep the client experience central in every interaction

- Excellent written and spoken Spanish
- Confidence dealing with clients in meetings and during critical situations
- Experience with databases, SQL and Excel, plus a real interest in IT
- Careful attention to detail, patience and a structured working style, curious and able to work alone or in a team

- Experience with payment processors such as Adyen
- Knowledge of or interest in the fitness and wellbeing sector
- Prior work with or use of gym management software
