Senior Solution Consultant

About the role

A senior consulting role in a professional services team, guiding customers through implementation of contact center and agent solutions and advising on adoption and strategy after launch.

What you will do

• Lead strategic implementations of contact center and agent solutions for new and existing customers
• Support internal teams, partners and customers hands on during product rollouts
• Advise customers after go live on adoption, best practices and next steps
• Work with product and support teams on feature requests, issues and updates
• Build templates, playbooks and best practices that streamline deployments
• Act as a trusted advisor to executives on solution strategy

What they look for

• A technical degree or substantial experience in a technical role
• Three or more years in professional services, consulting or software development, focused on AI or automation in SaaS
• Programming skills in JavaScript, Python or TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and SDKs for system integrations
• Familiarity with foundation models, RAG and LLM orchestration
• Consultative communication skills and fluency in English

Nice to have

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French or German
• Basic knowledge of conversational agents, chatbots or virtual assistants
• Familiarity with CRM or contact center systems
• Experience with diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
