Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Serve as the main contact for wholesale customers, making sure orders are processed correctly and the experience is smooth from placement to delivery. The role is remote with flexible hours and requires some overlap with US Eastern time.

What you will do

• Handle customer enquiries, requests and order changes as the primary contact
• Review and process daily orders arriving by phone, email, fax, EDI and portal
• Release orders in the ERP system and adjust them during processing to prevent errors
• Suggest order recommendations based on inventory needs
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure deliveries are accurate and on time
• Update daily revenue reports and resolve basic Google Sheets issues

What they look for

• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
• Ability to work across several departments
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
