Customer Support Specialist (Retail Operations)

About the role

Support customers of a merchandise and fulfilment partner across several brands, handling inquiries and operational tasks. The role combines written customer communication with order, returns and inventory work in retail and e-commerce systems.

What you will do

• Answer customer inquiries across multiple brands while respecting each brand's policies, tone and standards
• Write clear, accurate and empathetic responses to customers
• Use Shopify to review and manage customer and order information
• Maintain trackers and reconcile data in Google Sheets
• Investigate issues to find root causes, escalate when needed and help improve workflows

What they look for

• At least two years in customer support, service, contact-centre operations or another customer-facing role
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience with Shopify and Google Sheets
• Ability to manage several priorities accurately and see tasks through
