Technical Support Consultant

About the role

You will serve as the technical lead for enterprise clients during onboarding, data scanning and environment discovery. The work involves diagnosing connectivity and permission problems and guiding client IT teams toward fixes.

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding, data scanning and environment discovery troubleshooting for clients
• Diagnose connectivity problems and ensure secure metadata collection across client data systems
• Resolve discovery errors such as raw security identifiers appearing instead of readable data
• Audit service logs and error patterns to isolate bugs, misconfigurations and access restrictions
• Help client IT teams configure secure network paths and access permissions for platform deployment
• Document, package and escalate unresolved product issues to internal engineering

What they look for

• Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or above, spoken and written
• At least two years in technical support, application support or technical account management for B2B software
• Knowledge of basic cloud architecture, network topologies and enterprise access controls
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LDAP and Active Directory using PowerShell and ADUC
