What you will do
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients and keep effective working relationships with them
- Watch account activity and satisfaction to spot problems or chances to improve early
- Resolve issues and expand services so the client experience is as strong as possible
- Work with internal and external partners and escalate operational or technical problems
- Run client calls and quarterly or annual business reviews, tracking key performance metrics
- Keep records in Salesforce CRM and handle contracts, renewals, proposals and upsells
