Lead Client Solution Engineer

About the role

A pre sales engineer with deep master data management knowledge joins a small business solution engineering team, acting as technical authority through the sales cycle and bridging two integration platforms.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with account executives and customers to qualify deals and give technical guidance
• Run technical discovery to document, analyse and clarify business and master data requirements
• Answer RFI and RFP documents independently
• Work with product management, engineering and product marketing to improve master data and data foundation offerings
• Track the master data, integration platform and AI landscape and keep a sharp view of competitive positioning

What they look for

• Proven technical sales or delivery experience designing, configuring and demonstrating master data management solutions
• Understanding of identity and entity resolution, including matching approaches, deduplication rules and survivorship design
• Knowledge of multi domain data modelling, hierarchies, relationship graphs and taxonomy design
• Familiarity with governance workflows, data stewardship, reference data and data quality integration
• Experience with cloud technologies such as integration platform as a service, SaaS and cloud infrastructure
• Strong presentation and discovery skills with technical and non technical audiences, plus ability to lead architectural discussions
