  • Answer emails, calls and other inquiries from sales staff, dealers and other system users
  • Handle user and license management, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles and permissions
  • Resolve support tickets and gather and document requirements from users and stakeholders
  • Make Salesforce configuration changes such as flows, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards and reports
  • Monitor adoption, train users, create training materials and validate data for releases
