  • Run day-to-day Salesforce administration: user access, fields, workflows and data hygiene.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards, including margin and productivity views for frontline staff.
  • Create automations across the sales stack such as stage triggers, alerts and handoffs, and support platform rollouts.
  • Lead AI tool adoption with training sessions, use case docs and usage tracking.
  • Act as first point of contact to product and engineering for rollout coordination and UAT, and keep process docs current.
