What you will do

• Act as the technical expert on customer sites, covering their IT, development and strategic needs
• Shape customer software specs, designs, testing and deployment of open source solutions
• Handle escalations, project exceptions and customer challenges in a calm, flexible way
• Balance hands-on technical delivery with what the customer project teams expect

• Interest in solving real problems by understanding customer needs and constraints
• Knowledge of backend development methods, frameworks and principles
• Willingness to go deep into backend development, IT automation, DevOps and cloud
• Strong organisation and comfort working closely with others in a changing environment
• Ability to talk with customers across roles and explain technical ideas clearly
• Quick learner who adapts to new skills

First 90 days

• Spend the first two months in enablements taught by consulting experts and earn certifications
• Apply what you already know in professional setting activities
• Move onto a first customer project in months three to six as a practical contributor
• Build a network of peers, mentors and advisors while continuing training
