  • Lead outsourcing for assigned studies, working with study teams and vendors
  • Run sourcing and evaluation: RFI and RFP materials, proposal review, bid defenses, comparisons
  • Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, master service agreements, statements of work and change orders
  • Track vendor performance and help put corrective actions in place
  • Escalate risks and relationship problems to outsourcing leadership and follow through
  • Work with legal, finance and quality assurance on vendor oversight and audit readiness
