What you will do

  • Direct corporate compliance with US Customs and Border Protection and international customs authorities
  • Standardize and audit trade master data, including HTS classifications, country of origin and customs valuation
  • Design duty savings programs using free trade agreements, duty drawback, bonded warehouses and foreign trade zones
  • Lead FDA import alert investigations and govern cross-border compliance for drug products and biologics
  • Manage broker and freight forwarder SLAs, SOPs and KPIs to reduce clearance delays
