Associate Director, Virtual Care

About the role

Drive strategy and implementation of strategic initiatives supporting a virtual care program. The role sets department strategy, ensures operational efficiency and deploys tactics to improve program performance.

What you will do

• Set and execute the virtual care team strategy, including spotting new opportunities
• Find and drive cost savings with key business units
• Manage key company and department strategy initiatives from development to implementation
• Review financial and operational performance dashboards to drive improvement
• Turn program performance into materials for senior leadership updates
• Grow and develop direct reports and ensure legal and regulatory compliance

What they look for

• Seven or more years in healthcare strategy and operations or a related field
• Four or more years managing individual contributors
• Three or more years of project planning experience

Nice to have

• A master's degree
• Management consulting experience focused on healthcare
• Experience leading large cross functional initiatives
• Excel and financial modeling skills
