A project finance role supporting the full lifecycle of project finances, from start-up to close-out, including cost management, reconciliation and donor reporting. The position reports to a senior finance manager and has no direct reports.

What you will do
- Lead project finance operations including reporting, analysis, payables, receivables and country office close
- Oversee accounts, ledgers and reporting systems for compliance with GAAP and donor rules
- Maintain project budgets, prepare invoices and resolve discrepancies in country office reports
- Investigate project variances and submit monthly variance reports to management
- Report monthly on remaining project funding to the senior manager and program leads
- Prepare timely wire transfers so country bank accounts keep appropriate funding levels
