What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize amendments and budgets with study sites following local process
• Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contract terms within approved limits and escalate as needed
• Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters, approval authority and client expectations
• Coordinate with internal departments so site startup activities align with contract timelines
• Meet target cycle times for site activation
• Complete tracking and reporting and support other specialists with theirs

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic or vocational qualification
• Prior experience comparable to zero to two years that builds the needed knowledge and skills
• Basic grasp of clinical trial agreements and investigator grant negotiation
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and the local language
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and decision making ability
• Good organization and time management, able to work alone or in a team
