What you will do
- Build dashboards that track real onboarding timelines, flag delays and highlight where processes or tools need work
- Create a shared log of stuck cases, spot patterns and partner with other teams to fix root causes
- Design and improve workflows for new integration types and keep them scalable as the retail segment grows
- Turn workflow gaps into clear product requirements and push for automation that cuts manual effort
- Work with sales, product and other partners to keep onboarding priorities and execution aligned
- Maintain performance dashboards that measure success against service targets and team goals
