Azure FinOps Consultant

About the role

Deliver FinOps services to a dedicated group of customers as a cloud customer success manager and subject matter expert on billing and licensing.

What you will do

• Hold business reviews with customers on cloud usage and share cost saving opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Document checklists, processes and policies for compliant, best practice cloud use
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs that raise customer satisfaction
• Own the post-sales relationship

What they look for

• Experience supporting Microsoft Azure clients
• FinOps Practitioner certification held or willingness to obtain it
• Bachelor degree in business or a technology field
• Track record of improving workflows and processes
• Technical and business problem solving with good judgement
• Mentoring, coaching and presentation skills, able to work with people at all technical levels

• A graduate degree is valued

Pay

USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year
