About the role

Entrepreneurs get backing to launch and grow their own companies, with salary or funding, mentoring from successful founders and help reaching product-market fit.

What you will do

• Own, build and operate your own startup in areas such as B2B
• Follow a tailored development programme covering goal setting, time and energy management
• Use the network to recruit talent and get advice from experienced entrepreneurs
• Receive coaching to prepare the company for raising significant funding
• Refine the product with support until product-market fit is reached
• Build a sales force or a marketing engine with guidance

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full responsibility for your startup and grow it past 100 million in revenue
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
