Bank Garnishment Subpoena Specialist III

About the role

A specialist role researching and reviewing garnishments, liens, levies and subpoenas under bank, investor and regulatory rules, while supporting more senior peers on subpoena requests.

What you will do

• Examine member files to answer subpoenas, criminal and civil court orders and grand jury document requests
• Work with senior peers to check required documents and file them with regulators, courts and tribunals
• Identify, measure, monitor and control risks tied to business activities under compliance policies

What they look for

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
• One year of experience with garnishments, liens, levies or subpoenas in legal operations or financial services
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools and internal processes and operating systems

Nice to have

• One year of financial services experience
• One year as a deposit operations consumer account specialist
• Knowledge of estate handling, terminology and documents such as executor and death records
• Working knowledge of individual retirement accounts

Pay

USD 51,370 to 86,680 per year
