Bilingual Account Manager, SMB

About the role

Manages a portfolio of restaurant partners, improving their online accounts, menu pages and conversion while building relationships that drive growth.

What you will do

• Support a set of restaurant accounts with timely communication and answers to basic questions.
• Help partners attract new diners, raise order volume and deliver quality service.
• Hold regular check-ins to collect feedback, gauge satisfaction and find improvement areas.
• Handle inquiries and account issues or route them to the right departments within set timeframes.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, action items and follow-up tasks.
• Join training and workshops to build product knowledge and account management skills.

What they look for

• Based in one of the listed metro areas.
• Native-level English fluency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus a high school diploma or GED.
• Two to four years in sales or account management.
• Comfort with MS Office and Google products and quick to learn new software.
• Strong verbal and written communication and confidence making outbound calls.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience working with or selling to restaurant owners.
• Restaurant industry experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
