About the role

A leadership role designing and running social media and influencer strategies for clients, managing campaigns end to end and guiding a team toward measurable results for US audiences.

What you will do

• Oversee social campaigns from start to finish, keeping creative direction, content planning and messaging on brand
• Handle influencer partnerships from finding and negotiating to delivery, compliance and performance tracking
• Apply knowledge of US consumer behavior, digital trends and the creator landscape to shape strategy
• Stay hands on with schedules, publishing and creative reviews to keep quality consistent
• Measure and present campaign metrics to stakeholders with data driven recommendations
• Spot campaign risks early and resolve operational problems with clear communication

What they look for

• About seven to eight years in social media and influencer marketing, ideally at agencies or on complex multi market accounts
• Solid grasp of US cultural trends, platform changes and creator ecosystem strategies
• Clear, empathetic communication for presenting strategy and building relationships
• Ability to interpret data, measure impact and adapt strategies to client needs
