Sales Manager

About the role

Lead a team of sales advisors who sign up property owners, coaching them to hit sign-up and activation targets while supporting their career growth.

What you will do

• Coach reps one on one through call and metric reviews, spotting gaps and guiding development
• Run team meetings and huddles that sharpen selling skills and improve processes
• Track and report performance metrics using Salesforce and Sisense
• Keep the team motivated with contests, outings and steady encouragement
• Step in on sales calls occasionally to help close deals
• Work with other leaders and teams to lift results and the teammate experience

What they look for

• Three or more years in inside sales or a comparable role
• At least two years managing or coaching people
• Demonstrated skill at managing your own time well
• A creative, forward-looking approach to building team capability
• Clear, direct communication in groups and one to one
• Strong organization with the ability to prioritize and delegate

Nice to have

• Prior sales experience with the same company
