Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

A fully remote role owning lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, using email, social, channel and paid channels to move users toward product value, raise usage and drive revenue.

What you will do

• Take charge of the whole user journey across channels, from discovery and signup to paid conversion, usage growth and churn reduction
• Focus on lifting the rate at which free accounts become paying customers
• Build and refine a nurture engine that uses behavior and persona signals for personalized messaging
• Distribute valuable content such as webinars, guides and playbooks to help users improve their outreach
• Run email programs covering onboarding, retention, win-back, newsletters and promotions
• Plan and execute key quarterly campaigns and report on results

• Strong knowledge of the email and outreach software category
• Empathy for users and their needs
• Stakeholder and project management skills to coordinate with marketing, customer success and product leads
• Ability to deliver growth measured by free to paid conversion, lifetime value and retention
• Experience running onboarding and nurture programs with many campaigns at once
