A remote front desk role supporting patient calls, insurance checks and scheduling for a US ultrasound and diagnostics clinic. You keep patients informed about coverage, costs and appointments.

What you will do

• Handle large volumes of incoming patient calls and direct each inquiry to the right person or department
• Speak with patients in English and Spanish and answer questions on visits, services and coverage
• Confirm eligibility and plan benefits, then estimate deductibles, copays and other patient costs
• Book and coordinate appointments and gather demographic and insurance details for intake
• Support the on-site desk team with remote check-ins during peak clinic hours
• Keep insurance records and patient documentation accurate in clinic systems

What they look for

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Background in US healthcare administration, medical reception or virtual medical assistance
• Hands-on experience verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
• Able to juggle many patient inquiries and stay accurate under pressure
• Compassionate and detail oriented with strong patient service skills
