  • Analyse single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing, proteomics and metabolomics data from organoid models and tissue samples
  • Build pipelines for processing, quality control and statistical analysis of these datasets
  • Compare organoid data against public datasets to benchmark them against normal tissue
  • Advise wet-lab colleagues on study design and help interpret results to refine protocols
  • Contribute to manuscripts and present findings at scientific conferences

  • PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics or another quantitative field
  • Hands-on single-cell analysis, for example with Seurat, Scanpy or similar tools
  • Strong R and Python skills, with statistics and data visualisation experience
