Business Area Manager, Nursing

About the role

Oversee nursing services for a regional team of field nurses inside an integrated business unit. The role combines staff supervision, clinic operations and performance targets.

What you will do

• Supervise a remote team of field nurses across an assigned geographic territory
• Track demand for clinic and nursing services so staffing matches patient and customer needs
• Audit clinics and nursing practice, including protocols and on-site visits
• Identify and open new clinic sites to support growth
• Interview, onboard and manage the performance of direct reports
