What you will do
- Build HubSpot email campaigns including template, list, schedule and results reporting
- Configure routing and logic for campaigns and assign contacts and leads to sales reps
- Create custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot for managers
- Handle manual HubSpot tasks such as email design, test sends, saved views, record layouts and form checks
- Run contact and record imports, preparing files, mapping columns and fixing errors
- Schedule Facebook and X posts, make images in Gemini or ChatGPT, and publish LinkedIn company page posts
