Business Development Consultant, US Market

About the role

Own the full sales cycle for a remote staffing service aimed at the US market, focusing on Indonesian business owners and professionals, and help grow the client base.

What you will do

• Research, identify and qualify prospects in the US market, starting with Indonesian business owners and professionals
• Reach out by phone, email and other channels to open new business conversations
• Assess client operations, challenges, talent needs and growth goals
• Present tailored remote talent solutions and handle objections through to closing
• Track leads, keep sales records accurate and move deals through the pipeline
• Work with the founders on sales strategy and negotiations, and share market insights

What they look for

• Three to five years in sales, business development, account management or similar
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfort with end-to-end consultative selling and pipeline management
• Ability to self-manage a flexible schedule while staying available for US client calls
• Results-driven and commercially minded approach
