Paid Ads Specialist (Google and Meta)

About the role

Own paid customer acquisition on Google and Meta, driving new-customer revenue at a sustainable acquisition cost. Handle the account, audience, creative, landing page briefs, tracking and revenue reporting.

What you will do

• Run and scale a large Google Ads account across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube.
• Build a Meta account from scratch, including structure, testing framework and creative production pipeline.
• Mine customer data and CRM segments to build targeting and value-based lookalikes.
• Turn insights from reviews, sales calls, support tickets and competitor ads into ad angles.
• Produce statics, UGC-style video and motion assets using AI workflows.
• Brief designers and iterate on winning creative concepts.

What they look for

• Experience managing large Google Ads accounts with automated and value-based bidding.
• Ability to build Meta campaigns from the first campaign onward.
• Skill in audience mining and using CRM data for targeting.
• Comfort producing creatives with AI tools and workflows.
• Ability to read a P&L and defend creative decisions with numbers.
