End User Sales Representative

About the role

Grow sales across an assigned territory for an electrical and OEM product portfolio by working with distributors, end users and internal colleagues. The role focuses on promoting the product line and meeting quarterly and annual targets.

What you will do

• Manage the assigned territory and set self-directed coverage plans with manager support
• Build tactics and coordinate efforts to hit quarterly and annual sales objectives
• Apply the sales process and brand value propositions to maximize revenue for the portfolio
• Use social selling tools to engage end users and channel partners
• Demonstrate and train customers on products and applications
• Report market shifts, competitor activity and product performance to the supervisor

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or higher, completed and verified before starting
• Three years of field or channel sales experience, including electrical or OEM industry work
• A current, valid driver's license
• Comfort driving a company vehicle, subject to motor vehicle record checks

Nice to have

• Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities
• Solid computer skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Salesforce
• Database management experience
