What you will do
- Meet and grow the sales targets set for the region
- Build and carry out a regional sales plan aligned with company strategy
- Run the entire sales cycle alongside product owners, project managers and technical leads
- Work with internal teams to understand customer needs and keep them engaged
- Partner with the bidding team on proposals and requirement documents
- Negotiate solution and maintenance contracts, and keep client profiles current in the CRM
