About the role

A remote role helping travellers find suitable vacations, review packages and complete reservations. Introductory training is offered and no prior travel industry experience is required.

What you will do

• Answer vacation enquiries and identify what each client needs
• Collect details on preferred destinations, travel dates and budgets
• Explore hotels, resorts, cruises, transport and excursions
• Assess vacation packages and recommend appropriate selections
• Explain accommodation features, package inclusions and booking conditions
• Arrange requested services through authorised supplier systems
