Sales Representative

About the role

Sell remote and on-site technology support services to residential and business customers in the United States. The role covers inbound inquiries, outbound calls, follow-up and closing, with training provided.

What you will do

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and make outbound calls to assigned leads
• Ask questions, listen and record customer needs to recommend suitable services
• Build rapport, handle objections and guide customers to an informed purchase
• Close sales and pursue individual and team targets for sales and conversion
• Keep CRM records accurate and coordinate with service and support teams

What they look for

• Strong spoken and written English for communicating with U.S. customers
• Customer-facing sales experience with a record of contributing to sales goals
• Comfort with CRM tools and accurate record keeping across systems
• Basic familiarity with computers and common technology issues
• Good organization, dependable attendance and independent priority management

Nice to have

• Phone sales, inside sales or contact center experience serving U.S. customers
• Experience selling technology services or subscriptions with inbound and outbound leads
