Staff Product Manager, Comms Platform

About the role

Shape the next generation of a communications platform, modernizing transactional messaging and building shared capabilities across marketing and transactional channels. The role sets direction and turns it into capabilities teams adopt.

What you will do

• Set product strategy and roadmap for the communications platform
• Modernize comms infrastructure and build shared capabilities for consistent experiences
• Build cross-functional relationships so communications needs surface early in platform plans
• Guide channel, platform and partner strategy, including build versus buy choices
• Define success measures and use customer, product and operational signals to set priorities

What they look for

• Eight or more years of product management experience leading complex products or platforms
• Experience building platform or technically complex products
• Strong product judgment turning ambiguous problems into clear strategy and roadmaps
• Technical fluency to partner with engineering on architecture, reliability and scalability
• A record of driving adoption beyond launch across multiple teams or customer groups
• Strong cross-functional influence, analytical judgment and clear communication
