A front-line role supporting customers in Norwegian, answering questions and solving problems so that people finish the conversation satisfied. The job is remote and tied to Athens, Greece.

What you will do

• Decide when a case should be escalated and when to solve it directly
• Help create a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere
• Resolve issues efficiently without lowering quality
