What you will do
- Help customers with orders, product questions, account details, pricing and promotions
- Troubleshoot order problems and give updates on shipping, deliveries and fulfilment
- Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Keep customer records accurate and log interactions and tickets in internal systems
- Handle escalated cases such as payments, billing errors, refunds and contract questions
- Support business clients in hospitality and retail with account changes and bulk orders
