Own a portfolio of mid-market, multi-location self-care businesses, guiding them to lasting value from the platform and managing renewals and growth.
What you will do
- Own post-onboarding relationships and guide customers toward sustained value
- Monitor account health and risk, and run contract renewals with data-driven judgment
- Lead structured check-ins, business reviews and account planning
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across each account
- Surface customer feedback, trends and risks internally to inform action
- Find adoption, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the book
What they look for
- Three or more years managing a mid-market book with retention and renewal success
- Record of independently handling complex multi-location accounts
- Strong business acumen and ability to explain technical solutions to varied audiences
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the salon, spa or wellness industry
