What you will do
- Support business development managers with territory plans and pursuit strategies
- Coach staff on prospecting, client engagement and opportunity qualification
- Generate leads and start conversations with prospective clients
- Maintain industry relationships and monitor utility trends, regulation and competitors
- Help develop proposals with solutions and delivery teams
- Bring national market insight into client conversations and internal planning
What they look for
- Experience in the energy efficiency industry
- Twelve or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or ten or more with an MBA
- Proven ability to lead major business development efforts
- Capability to contribute to national business development strategy
- Expertise in advanced business development concepts and practices
