Business Development Executive, IT Recruitment

About the role

Drive growth for an IT resourcing team by finding new sales opportunities and building relationships with technology clients. The role focuses on outbound outreach and expanding the firm's presence in AI, fintech and insurance.

What you will do

• Define and map the ideal customer profile to find high growth target accounts
• Run outbound campaigns through LinkedIn and email
• Make high volume calls and pitches to reach key decision makers
• Identify twenty target clients each day with personalised outreach
• Manage the pipeline toward a monthly contribution target of GBP 15,000

What they look for

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proven pitching experience with C suite executives and evidence of success
• A results driven approach focused on daily and monthly KPIs
• Strong communication and quick rapport building with industry leaders
• Prior sales outreach and meeting booking experience in recruitment or resourcing

Nice to have

• Familiarity with technology, AI and machine learning, fintech or insurance sectors
• Proficiency with tools such as Claude, Microsoft Teams and LinkedIn Premium
• A record of beating financial targets in a sales heavy environment
